2.3 Accidental or Unauthorized Payment

  • The course was not accessed.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Completed quizzes or assignments

3.2 Completed or Partially Completed Courses

3.3 Instant Digital Downloads

Products such as:

  • PDF guides

  • Templates

  • Toolkits

  • Downloadable files

…are non-refundable due to their immediate availability.

3.4 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions fees (monthly, yearly, or otherwise) are non-refundable after they have been charged.
You may cancel future billing at any time.

Alkademy is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.


7. Course Cancellations by Alkademy

If a course is:

  • Discontinued

  • Removed due to technical or legal reasons

  • No longer supported

…you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on how much of the course was already accessed.


8. Instructor-Led Courses & Live Sessions

Some courses may include:

  • Live classes

  • Coaching sessions

  • One-on-one mentoring

  • Workshops or webinars

These services are typically non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds for future sessions may be granted only if:

  • The instructor cancels the program, or

  • A scheduling change makes it impossible for you to attend.
