Delete your Alkademy account

Alkademy allows you to permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion using the Alkademy mobile app or this web page while signed in.

• Your profile, learning history, live class participation, bookmarks, preferences, quiz attempts, certificates, and associated personal information will be removed or anonymized.
• Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, financial compliance, dispute resolution, taxation, or platform integrity purposes.
• Backups and archived system snapshots may continue to exist temporarily before being securely removed through automated retention cycles.
• If you have active purchases, subscriptions, refunds, open disputes, instructor obligations, or ongoing transactions, certain records may be retained in accordance with applicable laws.
• Public contributions such as forum discussions, reviews, or collaborative comments may remain visible in anonymized form where operationally necessary.
